We could not be happier with our new windows. Justin and Jamie are great to work with. We chose the tan color windows and the color is perfect on our adobe house. The new windows are much much quieter and more efficient. 110% happy customer.

Justin and Jamie were both great. Easy to work with, patience with my changes, timely.Justin and his guys, timely, very precise and efficient, attention to detail, worked neat, cleaned up, they even adjusted my sliding door blind so it worked properly. The JB Windows & Glass team led by Justin Brattain recently replaced three sets of sliding glass doors for us in Palm Springs with products from Anlin Widows & Doors. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with JB!From start to finish it was smooth as silk. Their product is awesome (Anlin Windows), they delivered and installed as they promised, 7 sliders replaced in 2 days!!! Amazing! We recently got a quote from JB Windows and Glass. Rarely do I have a good experience with customer service these days. I left a message for them to call me about a quote. Told them it was no rush. They called me back even though they were on Vacation. They came out to measure my windows. That same day they sent me the quote. I was very pleasantly surprised at the price. We have not proceeded with the windows yet but do plan to at some point. I’ll keep you posted on the results.

NICE! NICE! FRIENDLY AND NICE!!! JUST HAD THE FIRST VISIT... WILL UPDATE AFTER WORK...WORK IS DONE AND I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER... These guys were amazing! Justin knows his trade and his product so well. I didn’t feel an ounce of trepidation or worry about hiring him. The price was right, the communication was great, the installation itself was like a blur. They were so fast and so thorough. Totally changed our house. It’s so quiet in here now and you can feel a huge difference in the way the house maintains it’s temperature. I can’t say enough kind things about JB and crew. Thanks!!!

I called JB Windows to replace 15 year old double pain windows already existing in my mobile home. We we're ready to spend a church of money. Justin was very polite and communicative. He inspected my old windows and told us that replacing them would not achieve any greater heat/cold insulation nor would it be effective in lowering the noise outside. He basically said that it would be a waste. This man is a very rare, honest salesman seldom seen around here.

A perfect 10! From my first phone call to the last bit of clean-up, my experience with Justin and the crew of JB windows was positive and pleasant. Justin is personable, professional and attentive to details. He and his crew were prompt, professional and considerate in addition to having a great sense of humor. The estimate of the amount of time needed for the installation was exact. They respected my home, worked around the window coverings, moved and removed my art pieces and ended each work day tidy. I offered to write this review because it was such a good experience. I would highly recommend JB Windows for any window installation project.

Justin and Jason were absolutely wonderful from the first call we made to the final window being put in. We had a couple issues with the manufacture, but Justin handled it like a professional, and made sure the window was replaced, and took it on personally. The installation was quick, and they both took pride in every step of the way. Highly recommended!

Justin and Jason replaced all of our sliders and windows in a condo we just purchased. The final product is absolutely gorgeous!!! Our overall experience with this company was phenomenal. I cannot overstate just how pleasant and professional these guys are. They pay attention to every little detail and take customer service to a new level....so refreshing, and rare, these days. In addition, everything was done on time and within budget with very competitive prices. JB Windows recently installed new windows and a new sliding glass door in our condo. First of all, the installation was excellent. We are very happy with the final result. But above and beyond our initial installation, we recently had water damage in our condo which damaged our flooring and our new sliding glass door. JB Windows was at our condo as soon as I called to complete repairs in a fair and timely manner. I would highly recommend this company. You will get honest and terrific service. And a final product that you will be very happy with.

Customer service as it used to be done. JB Windows replaced all our windows 6 years ago. Recently one window failed and Jeld Wen replaced the window but would not pay the labor as the window was over 2 years old. Justin brought out the new window and replaced it for free. I totally expected to pay the labor costs but he wouldn’t let me. This contractor has always been responsive and timely. Best customer service is the valley. Thank you.

We've had Justin do two projects for us at our condo in Palm Springs. He replaced 4 operating windows, two big slider doors, and 4 floor to ceiling non operating windows. He installs a quality product for a fair price. We have a mid 70s condo and some of the prior windows were installed incorrectly....he handled all issues he encountered with ease. He's a very sincere guy and and is passionate about his work. He's also very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions we had throughout the process. You can tell he is a good employer too because his crew really loves working for him. They were all professional and cared about the work they were doing. A great experience and we would certainly recommend and trust him for any window installation project.

I replaced 11 windows and 1 slider door for my home. Justin and his team at J B Windows & Glass provided beautiful quality windows for my home. He was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of information throughout the whole process so I knew all my options and exactly what to expect. His window style recommendations has given my home a clean and modern appearance. The windows are easy to open and close and, I can tell immediately they are going to be more energy efficient which will save me money on my propane and electrical bills. Justin, JB windows owner, is a professional, competent, friendly person. He does what he says he will do when he says he will do it. Jason, the installer is friendly, patient, motivated and hard working. These guys get right to work and down to business. I was given a good price and a decent timeframe. They completed the job of installing 4 new windows in under 4 hours. I am very happy with the service and would reccomend JB to anyone. I'm so glad that I called JB windows for this job!
